Quarter Beef

One quarter locally raised, farm fresh, corn fed beef. Roughly 200 lbs (actual weight should be known by sale date) beef steaks, roasts, and hamburger donated by John and Valerie Klassen, processed by Champs Meats in Halstead and available the week following the auction.
