Volunteer Positions for Feeding The Multitude

July 2-3, 2021
Cottonwood Court

Enter through east doors and report to volunteer table 5 – 10 minutes before shift

FTM meal is served on Friday from 4:30 – 7:30pm

FTM meal is served on Saturday from 11 am – 1 pm

SHIFTS – Friday, July 2

  • 4:15 – 6 pm
  • 6 – close

SHIFT – Saturday July 3

  • 10:45 – close

There will be 3 cashier tables, each with a nearby bagging table.There will be two assembly lines to fill clamshells with food.There will be a roaster supply table holding full roasters from verenike and sausage trailers and the gravy team.


  • 6 Order Fillers
    • Listen to customer place order with cashier
    • Tell bagging table workers the number of orders needed
    • Wait at bagging table until order(s) are filled
    • Return to cashier table with complete order and give to customer
  • 6 Baggers
    • Fill orders requested by Order Filler. A single order consists of
      • filled clamshell (2 sausage, 3 verenike, gravy)
      • bottled water
      • plasticware
  • 3 Bagging Table Suppliers
    • Monitor bagging tables and keep them supplied with bottled water, plasticware and bags
  • 3 Runners
    • Keep bagging tables supplied with packaged meals from assembly lines.
  • 2 Assemblers
    • Go through line with clamshell as servers fill with food. Place filled clamshell on table at end of assembly line or give directly to runner.
  • 1 Assembly line food supplier
    • Make sure assembly line roasters are replaced with full ones from roaster supply table as needed
  • 1 Assembly line monitor
    • Make sure assembly lines have trays and clamshells as needed
